Fireworks is providing fire protection systems for the new 4,500m2 Rothera Research Station building in the Antarctic.

For these high-value scientific facilities, the highest performance in fire suppression and sustainable credentials were key criteria in choosing a fire protection solution. The Fireworks’ high pressure watermist system has the lowest environment impact in terms of components and only requires minimal amounts of water. Fireworks’ in-house team used 3D modelling to design the fire system which uses high pressure watermist equipment from Danfoss.
